Equitable EZClaim Mobile is a free Android app that allows Equitable Life group benefits plan members to quickly submit claims and receive faster refunds. The app provides a simple and secure claims process that walks you through the necessary steps for submitting your claim.
The Equitable EZClaim app works for any health or dental claim, even if a portion is paid through your Health Care Spending Account (HCSA). You can easily submit your receipt by taking a picture of it through the app. Your information is protected with SSL technology, and you can access the app through biometric sign-in, including fingerprint and face authentication.
In addition to submitting claims, the app also allows you to check the status of recent claims and review your claims history. You can view, save, and email your benefits cards, as well as view your benefit coverage, including benefit period and balance remaining, coverage maximums, deductibles, and reimbursement levels.
